Patti Gifford has been a dedicated resident of Normandy Park for over 30 years. As the President of the Normandy Park Police Foundation, she plays a vital role in supporting the local police department and fostering community engagement. Patti's deep roots in the community are reflected in her family's connection to the area; both of her children attended schools in the Highline School District. Professionally, Patti is a successful real estate agent, known for her commitment to helping families find their perfect homes in Normandy Park and the surrounding areas. Her passion for community service extends beyond her career. Patti firmly believes that police officers are more than just law enforcement personnel; they are integral members of our community who contribute to its safety and well-being.

Sheri Healey has been a cherished resident of Normandy Park for over 40 years, demonstrating a deep commitment to both her community and her professional endeavors. With over 15 years as a Strategic Executive Leader, Sheri has a proven track record of guiding complex non-profit organizations toward success through a steadfast dedication to their missions and financial stability. Her expertise in fostering collaborative, strategic relationships spans industry resources, local, state, and federal agencies, and clients. In addition to her strategic leadership, Sheri co-owns a local residential general contracting business with her husband, Deane, further grounding her in the local community. Her dedication to Normandy Park is evident in her extensive service on the City Council, where she continues to advocate for and support her neighbors. Sheri's passion for community service is also reflected in her past role as an active PTSA Board member for over 12 years. Her commitment to the betterment of Normandy Park shines through in every role she undertakes, making her a valued and influential member of the community.

Julie Neer, a proud Mom of 2 wonderful sons and a Critical Care Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience, brings her healthcare leadership expertise to the Normandy Park Police Foundation. Throughout her career, she has held multiple positions in the critical care setting encompassing direct patient critical care, acute care hospital leadership roles within the PNW region, managing multiple in patient units during the COVID pandemic, Patient Care Clinical Administrator overseeing the delivery of quality patient care for a regional medical center as well as a liaison to senior executive administration. Her extensive background in healthcare has honed her skills in high-pressure decision-making, financial management, and team leadership. As a resident of Normandy Park for over 25 years, Julie is committed to the Foundation’s mission to foster a strong connection between community and public safety. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Julie is actively involved with advancing nursing research, the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, serves on a local nursing advisory board, mentors emerging leaders in nursing as well as previously serving on multiple local PTSA Board’s, Math Club volunteer and a member of the WA State Medical Reserve Corp.

Julie Hines is a skilled Pastry Chef with a background in global music marketing and management. A graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, Julie brings creativity and precision to the world of pastry. Before transitioning into the culinary arts, she served as Vice President of WorldSound, a global music marketing and management company. In that role, she managed tour logistics, record production, and marketing operations for artists worldwide, and was even nominated for a Grammy as an executive producer. Now, Julie blends her organizational expertise with a passion for crafting exquisite desserts, pushing the boundaries of both flavor and design in the kitchen. As a 24-year resident of Normandy Park, Julie is also deeply involved in the community and proudly serves on the board of directors for the Normandy Park Police Foundation. In addition, she is an active volunteer with Meow Cat Rescue, coordinating fundraising efforts to ensure it continues to thrive.

Principal Engineering Manager with over 25 years of experience, brings his extensive expertise in software engineering and AI to the Normandy Park Police Foundation. He oversees the development of scalable and secure solutions, ensuring efficient management for a wide range of users. Larry's passion for blending technology with the food industry stems from his culinary background and role as a former chef and treasurer at the Washington State Chef Association. An active mentor and advisor, he supports community and STEM programs, fostering young talent and innovation. His dedication to excellence, collaboration, and impactful solutions drives his contributions to the foundation, where he specializes in technology and website design.
Treasurer
Jack Neer, an accountant, brings technical accounting and finance expertise to the Foundation. Following Jack’s graduation from the University of Washington in 2021, he’s worked in a variety of corporate and public accounting roles. Jack currently provides audit and attestation services to primarily non for profit entities. Jack has lived in Normandy Park for many years and has been an active member of the community, having completed his Eagle Scout service project in the city. Jack seeks to combine his technical skills and commitment to the city, and to work towards the Foundation’s Key Initiatives.

Mike Da Dalto is a 32-year resident of Normandy Park. He and his wife, Sharon, raised their family in The Park and have been devoted residents. Mike spent 34 years in the building materials industry, where he recently retired as Vice President of Operations. He has a proven track record in leading people and managing processes to successful outcomes. Mike's collaborative work style reflects his belief in adopting a servant leadership attitude, regardless of one's position. His strengths lie in business plan development, budgeting, and team building. Mike has a passion for recognizing both the efforts and sacrifices made by law enforcement personnel. He strongly desires to give back and supports their efforts.
