October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. All month, officers of the Normandy Park Police Department wear pink badges and this pink ribbon patch on their uniforms, in recognition of everyone whose life has been touched by breast cancer. Now you can show your support too.
A small change to the uniform carries a much larger message: support, remembrance, strength and hope. It stands with those in the fight, celebrates the survivors, honors those we have lost, and supports the families and loved ones who walk beside them.
Breast cancer awareness is about more than wearing pink. It is about education, early detection and standing by everyone facing the fight. This October, the Department wears pink for a purpose.
About the patch
- The Department's shoulder patch in pink on navy: POLICE across the top, the sun behind the mountains over the water, and "Normandy Park, Est. 1953"
- A pink ribbon at the point, and a pink border
Every purchase supports the Normandy Park Police Foundation's work with the Department.
Fairness • Integrity • Respect: the values of the Normandy Park Police Department.
